Through the use of our web technology, smart app usage and reporting software, our team can work together to monitor progress and report accordingly.

Inside Outside Quality Control (QC) custom reporting software has been designed to ensure transparent reporting and progress tracking of all conducted services. This innovation has been embedded across our systems and is core to effectively communicating across the organisation and achieving KPI and reporting accountabilities.

Scheduled Inspections

Our quality control checks are conducted on a regular basis by one of our experienced Area Supervisor’s. Our QC software records progress and enables for simple and up to the minute reporting. The report is forwarded to our staff, Building Manager, Executive Committee and Strata Manager if required. Our reports are monitored daily and are actioned accordingly.

Any faults or rectifications are also reported to your Strata Manager for repairs.

All data is measured and tracked so nothing falls through the cracks.
